Kennebec Pottery pots are handmade, unique pieces of art that are subject to many variables. I will do my best to create your vision, but, an exact size, shape and color cannot be guaranteed.
KP pots may have small imperfections that do not affect the functionality and safety of the pot.
Stoneware pots are meant to be used and should hold up to normal handling. However, like all ceramics, they will experience wear over time and can be chipped and broken. KP customers assume all risk in use and will not hold Kennebec Pottery liable for injury sustained in the the use of KP pots.
Handmade pottery is a time-consuming process and drying time varies based on weather and raw material condition. Lead times are generally 6-8 weeks, and I will make every effort to meet deadlines in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date.
Customers agree to pay full postage for shipped items. KP strives for 100% recycled packing materials and does not charge a packing or shipping fee.
If shipped pottery arrives broken, I will happily replace it. Please send a photo showing the broken pieces in the packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
All sales are final and non-returnable unless flawed beyond functionality or safety. However, I want you to love your pottery, so if you are dissatisfied in any way, please reach out to me and we will find a solution.
Kennebec Pottery has made every effort to represent itself and its products in a truthful and accurate manner. Any discrepancies are accidental and KP shall not be held liable for them.
